We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is
spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom

I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it.
Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.
Easy to explore other places: The hotel is ideally located if you intend to explore Rome

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

They welcomed us with cold water after a long, hot trip to Rome,gave great recommendations and were soo helpful! We couldn't have askedfor anything better. Serendipity truly holds the meaning to the word-when you're looking for something and you find something better!

Spacious room, with nice furnishings and fittings. The "chromatherapy" lights are a nice touch. Nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Locations is very practical for the station and public transport. The owner is extremely helpful and obviously cares about his business. -

Η καθαριοτητα του - Ήταν σχετικά κοντά στο Τέρμινι (μετρό, λεωφορεία), ήταν αρκετά καθαρό. Η τιμή ήταν σχετικά καλή για Ρώμη τέτοια εποχή.

The hosts are very friendly - they gave us maps and a brief introduction of the city of Rome.
The hosts stay at the premise too so you feel safe and you can get them whenever you need help.

Nothing is important, just the host! Gracia! He was very friendly and helpful. He is the face of Italy! :) Do not stress, because of the shared bathroom: It is not like a bathroom in a hostel, but it is like at home. While on honeymoon, we decided to stay an extra night in Rome. Our four-star hotel was booked so we had to find an alternate place to stay; letsbookhotel.com lewd us to this wonderful no-frills bargain. Simple, clean room, powerful wifi signal, TV, AC, room fridge, modern bathroom and shower, etc. Would have stayed longer if I could.
