The staff were excellent and very welcoming. Kept us well informed of all the nearby places such as good restaurants, a market and the all important local supermarket. We had the bottom floor accommodation with one double bed and a sofa bed (which works as a double bed), a kitchen with cooking utensils and a nice toilet. We were served really good

Mr. Franco was very helpful & friendly. He gave us directions on how
best to get to the hotel from the airport in advance. Room and all
amenities were clean. Twin beds were small but comfy. Very quite inside
the room and at night. Small garden inside the complex is nice. The old-
style elevator was really neat & worked just fine. Location

The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH also for the great help with organising the birthday surprise for my child and the delicious cake prepared! Our best wishes and more than many thanks!

We decide to book Imperial Inn because we saw the photos of the place, and it seemed really nice; and in fact, it was. There are Troemp d'oeil that add to the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere of the place. It's very clean with a more than satisfying breakfast. I'm really happy to say that i finally found the Imperial Inn; what spacious rooms! My friends and i found the perfect combination; big and clean rooms, friendly atmosphere, free coffee all day and a safe neighborhood right in front of the Opera house.

noise of the city, while also being within walking distance of all the
main historical/tourist sites. 5 minutes walk from the main train

The staff is very nice, he shows us the places to visit and how to take the transport. The location is good, only few minutes to the metro, and the train station is also 10 to 15 minutes walk. The breakfast is good too.

The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.

We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a
hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very

We stayed here for 8 days with our nine month old baby and we were very satisfied. Stuff is very friendly and helpful (organized our transfer from and to airport), everything is clean and well maintained. Rooms are soundproof and nicely decorated.
