  Very friendly and helpful staff, we left our bagage after check-out for all the day. Excellent location in downtown and price!   Location was great for walking around Florence. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The view was very nice, they had a little terrace and you could go up to the roof top. We could see the Duomo which was also a good landmark to look for when going back to the hotel.
