Betta deserves 5 stars for her friendliness. She makes you feel at home before you even step inside. She is always there to help in any problem and ready to give you advice, suggestions. In fact she has an answer to any query. The Residence is within walking distance to the railway station and the city centre. A bus stop is just outside the door.

Betta was extreamely warm and a perfect hostess. She made sure all of us, especially our kids, felt at home. The room given to us was amazing, probably the best room of our trip. With a very high ceiling and a huge bed, the room was really enormous, with a fridge, and a tea kettle in the room, we were literelly at home. Breakfast was perfect, and Betta made sure we all got hot coffee, as she ran around doing all the work herself, since her assistant was sick. Thanks a lot Betta for a lovely sta

The location and accommodations were amazing. We came back early after visiting Venice and they accommodated us , no problem. It is blocks away from the train station and blocks away from David. Great location, clean sheets, amazing coffee. I will stay there again. The man even took us to the airport when we left. It felt like home away from home.

When we got there we were immediately accommodated by their friendly staff. Before heading to our rooms our host gave us a map and suggested the best places to visit! The owner of the b&b, although spoke a language we didn't speak nor understand, he was able to make his concern and care felt. We actually felt like our grandpa is taking care of us. All in all it was a great experience- great b&b and staff!

We managed to get the room with the four-poster bed in, which was of a great size and had a nice en-suite. Florence is very expensive, over-priced for accommodation in my opinion. However, this B&B, at just over £90 per night, was good value for money compared to lots in Florence. The owner was a nice chap and provided us with advice on restaurants, as well as putting on a good quality continental breakfast in the morning and letting us leave our bags there after checkout. There is only one thing to say: we booked one night but decided to stay for three! Very stylish, very cozy, very friendly! The warm and friendly welcomming together with the fine atmosphere make this villa a really nice and relaxed landmark within a beautiful but buisy town. Ask the very friendly people at the reception for places to eat in Firenze - you wont regret...;-)

Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence.
Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on.
We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes.
Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

this is a room from a apartment.
the owner is a chinese lady with fluence english. florence map are provided. she even make a cup of coffee for us in the morning !! the bed are clean and tidy. toilet are good !! in the late evening the owner still iron the bed sheets in the pantry,so hardworking. -
