κεντρικότατο σημείο .... η σουίτα πολύ καλή και άνετη - The owners were really friendly, helped us by giving us city information/maps and even upgraded our room to the suite at no extra cost!! The location of the hotel is ideal, with only 2 minutes walk to both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and the metro station just around the corner.

We will definitely use this hotel again when we go back to Rome!! - Great place to stay, excellent location, staff/owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom was immacualte too (girlfriend approved!) Metro stop was just across the street as well.

Location, location, location - within walking distance of the majority of the tourist attractions including the Vatican - Location is fantastic and the terraces in the penthouse suite are worth the extra money. Daily cleaning service very efficient.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were larger than expected for Europe. Thiswas my first time using LetsBookHotel.com. I was a little nervous that I mightarrive and there would be no reservation. Everything was perfect. Theywere expecting us. Thank you. I would definitely use your site again. - it was the perfect location for us and a great price

This hotel has a perfect location, about 7 min walk from Fontana Di Trevi and within a walk distance to Colosseum, Vittorio, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc.
Our room was small but clean and quiet, and after all we didn´t spend so much time in the room.
The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day. But when we came back to the hotel in the night they had placed two glasses of Prosseco and some canape´s in our room :-)

Every things were wonderful! Comfortable suite has one small stair (step) between the living room and the kitchen place and the same one betweet the bathroom and the cloakroom (it may be difficul for small children who don't walk yet). We with the daughter stopped in apartments in the center of Rome. It was
very convenient. We had the keys, could feel at home. There is a mini
kitchen where it is possible to cook food, to make coffee. Manuel the
wonderful owner, was very attentive and useful to us. Five minutes to
the fountain and the Spanish ladder, and thus very quiet place. I
recommend for couple of friends or a family.

We stayed in the room with the bathroom across the hall. It was exactly
as seen in the pictures, plus the kitchenette with some basic cutlery
etc. The hall is a small area so the bathroom is very close to the room

The part time staff agent was very helpful, friendly when checking us in, it is the best prime location in downtown Rome, and I really like the way that the building has been renovated to be modern while still keeping some of the ancient details like the beautiful wooden ceiling.

The staff at Chic & Town was phenomenal. They are extremely friendly
and try to make you as comfortable as possible. They also helped us plan

Chic & Town Luxury Rooms is in a great location, both to get to and to get around in the city.
