It is located in the heart of Florence, near all the principal touristic places. The hotel and the people working there are very nice, the rooms are really comfortable. Everything about it was magnificent. Couldn't have asked for anything else. Huge room in immaculate condition in a great area. Vittoria was very attentive and helped with all enquiries (even offering me a scarf at one point). This place is a MUST!!

Tourist House Ghiberti was very close to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of the railway station and all the attractions we came to see. Claudio was an excellent host. It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good. Claudio was very helpful in answering all our questions. Having free interent access was great for additional research while in Italy and checking in with family.

We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day. χαμογελαστο και προθιμο προσωπικο - The accomodation as well as the excellent service. Also the location was perfect. Internet store 1/2 block away and laundry with clean new washers and dryers 1/2 block away. A bus stop 1/2 block away. - This hotel was beautiful, and perfectly located. Very modern.
