Great views from the apartment.
The owner went out of his way to help us with getting to the station and picking up some provisions, as well as organising the apartment so we had a cot bed and laundry facilities.
Great pool to cool off in. -
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very nice views from the top of the mountain. Lovely pool area.

I very happily and honestly recommend this accomodation - it was perfect to suit my needs as a base to explore the Cinque Terra and the room was one of the nicest I have stayed in during my 2 visits to Italy. Quiet night was a great place to stay, It was close to cinque terre but
a more affordable option rather than staying in the little towns, the
rooms are very modern and clean, the owner is amazing, so friendly, she
goes out of her way to help in anyway possible! Provides all maps,
directions and advice on the whole area, also recommended a beautiful
place for us to visit which we were not aware of and we loved it, thank
you so much we loved it!

The hotel was extremely close to te train station and we had no problems finding it. Once we checked in we were taken to our apartment which was a minutes walk away from the pizzeria. La Spezia as the city is mostly harbour place so you really can see eveyrthing there in one day. But it is very good to stay there and visit different places: Lerici, Portovenere, Cinque Terre. We liked this place even there was a noise from the streets ( it is very frequent restaurant place as well) but we just slept there and it was fine. Breakfast were really delicious and everything was just fine:)

It is a real house with garden and lovely breakfast terrace. Spacious room. Helpful owner who gives you the best money saving tips. Authentic italian countryside set up just outside the centre of la Spezia on the way to Portovenere, which is worth a visit. Very close to station for 5 terre if you have a vehicle.

The owner, Maria Laura, was delightful and helpful. She did want to know
the time of arrival, because she is not always at the B&B. When we
arrived, she welcomed us and showed us our room, which was stylish and

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean newly fitted rooms. only 3 minutes down the road from the station. Maria was more available than other reviews suggest and 'Googled' for information for us when needed! Using English was not a problem. Someone had written out every single train time from La Spezia to Cinqueterre from 7.30 am to 1 am next day for us before we arrived. Our place to stay before heading to the 5 terres. Very nice and warm welcome, even though we arrived later than expected! We got all the information needed e.g. city, food, parking, travelling to the 5 terres + free parking...even shopping!

Guilia and her father are lovely hosts who couldn't be more helpful thank you again! We were met at the guest house and provided maps and timetables and had place to ourselves for two nights which was fantastic as other guests didn't arrive until our last night. the location is perfect for visiting cinque terre, because is near to the train station. the wi - fi was excellent. the room was clean and regarding the noise, as being near to the train station, that really didn't bother as at all.

The staff, particularly the receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The building itself was interesting and unique in layout. It was only a few minutes walk down to the main shopping area and the sea-front.
Altogther excellent - as was the breakfast.

The staff were excellent, the lady met us at the door and helped us into the room, giving us all the details we needed to know about La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. The room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. -
Right around the corner from the station. 2 min walk to get the train to Cinque Terra. Small room but OK for a night or two.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with
our room and Paolo contacted us immediately to say he had arranged for
us to stay at one of the connected B&Bs. When we extended our stay
in La Spezia he was able to help us out despite the fact that his
accommodation was fully booked. It was so welcoming and nice! -
