The owner met us from the vaporreto stop which was only a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is in a very nice, quiet residential area, away from the crowds but only 20mins walking distance to St marks Square. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. -

The location was excellent, out of the busy area, a beautiful walk to and from the hotel to San Marco (15mins approx) with the best view of Venice that so many people will not get to see. Excellent location, near San t'Angelo station and San Marco. the apartment is very spacious for my family (5 pax) very modern design, comfortable bed, complete kitchen amenities,it has everything you need in an apartment, it even have a weighing scale in the bathroom! Thank you to Luca, such a great hosts, he surely make us feel welcomed in Venice

We stayed at the Three Bedroom Apartment San Marco, fantastic location. Only about 150 metres up a walk way from Rialto Water Bus Stop, which is also a stop for the airport boat. A short 5 min walk into San Marco Square. Close to supermarket and nice little coffee shops. Very large apartment with lots of room for us - 2 adults and 3 kids. It also had 1 /12 bathrooms which made it easier. Kitchen was good, not alot of crockery/glassware but we made do. Apartment was incredibly clean, love

The apartment is like new. Lovely rooms and courtyard. Staff was very helpful and immediately responsive to our needs. They were very professional and kind. We all truly enjoyed our stay. We were so possitively impressed staying on this yacht... Is totally for 100% relaxful, full of care service which this family gave. Very good location, only 20 minutes away with the vaporetto(waterbus) from the San Marco Piaza.Eaven at night a vaporetto is avaible. So you dont have the bustle of downtown. On Lido you also have a nice beach. Hotel isn't super but good enough. -
Near Venice, but not in it. More relaxed and less crowded. Easy access to the vaporretti (water-bus)
