The room was far better than we had thought would be the case. We were only looking for accommodation in transit to take a cruise next day and were very pleasnatly surprised, especially when we compared tales with our collegues who were in another city. Very well situated. close to the cruise terminal. good public services. all is near metro 100 mm acuarium 10 min, ferrari public place 15 min., but you have to take the way drection train station (via s bennenicto- andrea coria and via balbi) because if you go in the via antonio gramsci there are a lot commerces a lot fo strange people ...
Staff tried very hard to be obliging and helpful but had difficulty withthe English language as we had little Italian language. reasonably close to station, easy to find. location. Cheap and cheerful hotel near the ferry. Perfect for a one night stay -for anything longer choose sth farther from the port. it is very close to the train station and central of the city. friendly staff. The hotel is run by a family, some members are nice, some aren't. They try to speak english, and with a bit of logic you can find out what they're trying to say - they are helpful. The rooms are typical italian "quality", if you know what i mean. The brief duration. very close to the harbour. Horrible. Nothing. Nothing - breakfast was adequate, amenities fine and closeness to where we needed to get to was within walking distance - great. We encountered a problem with a mal function with the hot water systembut once reported there was immediate action to rectify the situation.Credit to the young girl/woman who attended to the problem. Trafficnoise was a problem in our room as we faced on to the main road.breakfast was poor and, as it was included in the price, the standard was of some importance to me. The owner did not reserve a parking place in the garage for us, eventhough we requested it during reservation (and he confirmed it). plain breakfast. it was very noisy, air condination was not working, television chanels was poor. It was OK for this price. Lack of comfort and facilities, awkward layout, noise.a lot of noise(water, wc. etc). ther wasnot anuything I liked. The fact that the windows have the view towards the railway lines, the dirtiness from the rooms, the poor smell, the breakfast unsatisfactory, the insecurity.
