  Staff (Larisa) made us feel at home and was exceptionally friendly andhelpful. Location was perfect for our stay - close to the train stationand major sites. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortablefor our family of four. The view from the bedroom provided a wonderfulTuscan sunset.   The place was more than what we have expected. Nice and cosy flat with all necessary facilities, great outdoors, view is gorgeous. There is an outdoor pool, a small gym, ping-pong and big tennis facilities, although we weren't able to use those as the weather hasn't been that great during our stay. Overall great place to stay in nice weather, especially for longer holidays. The territory - Beautiful olive grove and amazing vew of Florence from the hill. Osteria Fattoria il Milione is something special, fool of Florentines.

  Everything was ok :-) very comfortable, big and clean room :-) the same I can say about kitchen and bathroom. Owner doesnt speak english but it isnt so big problem because she is very nice person. - The hotel room is tidy and nice. The hotel host is a friendly woman.
