The room was beautifully designed and very well equipped and comfortable. The location could not have been better. There was one receptionist who was very helpful (I think he was called Giuseppe). And the breakfast was outstanding (We'd stayed at a few different places in Italy on the trip but this was by far the best breakfast). -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » d easy to sleep. It is in a good position. It is in a quiet laneway between the station and the Duomo. The rooms aren't huge, but they are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast is reasonable.

We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

A very comfortable and ejoyable stay..10 from me - the location was superb, central to everything, we walked everywhere and right back at the hotel in no time. bascially across the street from the train station. Breakfast was good with beautiful views from the top of the hotel of the city. Staff very attentive and friendly, the conceirge at the front desk the day we arrived was excellent in helping to show us where to go and where to eat.

Its location was central to the train station, ideal for all site seeing. Hotel staff very helpful in obtaining any further info we required regarding train timetables, tour guides etc. Breakfast buffet was very lovely. - It was very comfortable and the staff all spoke english which was good as we do not speak Italian. It is located in the heart of Florence, near all the principal touristic places. The hotel and the people working there are very nice, the rooms are really comfortable. I had stayed there before, so I knew it was walking distance to all the major sites. The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases.
