  It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo... τι λέει ο κόσμος » mo. Location is great. The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th flor but there is elevator. I totally recommend this hotel. - We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!

  it was cheap, clean and very helpfull staff - Good location, calm environment, friendly Front office staff. Good for short stay and not-too-heavy-luggage travellers ;-)

Rooms in 4 star hotels aren't even half as good! Definetely go there! - The location of the hotel gives you immediate access to Florence's most beautiful sites. The staff could not be nicer. Professional, competent, caring, helpful. I strongly recommend Hotel Bellettini to anyone who has plans to be in Florence. Delightful.
