Hotel Oltremare is on Fiumicino’s seafront and a 15-minute drive from Fiumicino Airport. The colourful and air-conditioned rooms come with free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV and parquet floors. The on-site Ristorante Oltremare specialises in fresh fish and classic Roman cuisine. Here you can also taste traditional recipes from the Italian cuisine. At breakfast homemade cakes are served. The Oltremare is 300 metres from a bus stop that links with Ostia and the Fiumicino Airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Rome’s centre is a 30-minute drive away.

Nice small hotel on the seaside nor far from the airport (appx. 20 euros by taxi). The room was simple but clean. The bathroom with shower was new and equipped with hairdryer, soup, toothpaste and toothbrush. The room had air-conditioning & heating system, TV. Perfect place for summer holidays connected with Rome sightseeing tours. The staff was the best part of the visit: very nice, kind and helpful people.

The hotel was across the road from the public beach which could have been cleaner. There were plenty of beach bars with sunloung facilities which were clean. We were very pleased with our week long stay and would return again. The hotel is very nice and clean,it's right by the sea in a very quite and pieceful place.There is a good restaurant downstairs and in the morning they serve breakfast with an amazing coffee! The staff is very helpful and friendly.I loved Oltremare!. Great location for a beach holiday but a not so convenient for an airport stop over. We had a family room wih the best shower we found on tour. Easygoing beach hotel with bar and restaurant. Quite simple, but clean and very friendly staff. A good way to end a Italian vacation, right in front of the see. A lot of restaurants around. great location close to Rome Airport, great value, quiet location across from the beach. Literally right across the street from a beach, had a lot of fun at beach. Close to the airport. Friendly front desk staff. Perfect located at the beach, just a few meters. Also Airport is close (10 min by car). Staff is friendly and helpful. Balcony with seaview. Very good restaurant for seafood. 1) WiFi is good. 2) Front desk staff help us to book early morning taxi at fair price. 3) The seaview from balcony is nice. Good location on the waterfront and only 15 minutes to FCO. Several restaurants within walking distance. There were no rooms with front sea facing balconies only side balcony. Although all the rooms were on the first floor, they were only accessible by lift. No Issues. Summer-time street car parking can be difficult to find directly outside hotel (easy out of season) but free. No stairs, have to take a slow élevator. Not a place for shopping afficiados. Although just one level, no stairway, only a slow elevator. Breakfast even for Italy very basic. 1) The elevator and TV set are truly antiques. 2) The room is very small and facilities are quite old. 3) The beach is quite dirty. The hotel is only good for airport transit. We had requested quiet rooms on a high floor and as far away as possible from public areas, but they gave us rooms on the ground floor, right beside reception. Managed to change one room (of four) to first floor but weirdly there are no stairs - only a slow lift.
