  We did not realise when we booked that it was a camp site( but what a place) We were pleasantly suprised at how big the site was and the facilities on offer, the eating out places were excellent and a really good menu.   Villa La Fornacina is a green oasis in Figline Valdarno. The elegant Villa has nicely been renovated recently. We stayed for two weeks in one of the rooms in the annex building: a luxury living room, with the open bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. All facilities present.   Everything. It is a small farm (23 km form Florence) and is a very good location if you want to explore the city and in the evening to come back to this calm, silent and green place.
