The house is renewed and now has an ancient, caracteristic exterior. Situated in a small village on the green hills between the charming Valnerina and Spoleto city. Good starting point to visit the most important of the famous history- and artcities of Umbria. 12 km from Terni, 17 km from lake Piediluco, 14 km from Spoleto, 35 km from Rieti, 1,5 hours drive to Rome. The medieval Ferentillo city is also well known as one of the most important rock climbing resorts in Italy. The house is 8 minutes far and is a perfect base to enjoy the great rocks in Ferentillo. On site: walking, mountain bike, scenic views. Nearby (less than 20 minutes): horse riding, pool, rafting, canyoning, trekking, guided tours, museums and historical cities.
