B&B Villa Lina is in Desenzano del Garda, 10 minutes' walk from the dock for boat trips across the lake. It features a free shared kitchen and air-conditioned rooms with balconies. Each room at Villa Lina comes with a TV and a private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the B&B. An Italian breakfast of coffee and croissants is served in the breakfast hall each morning. Free parking is also provided and a free shuttle to Desenzano del Garda Train Station is available on request. The lake shore is just 300 metres away. Buses stop right outside the villa for the town centre and the bus station for buses to Brescia and Verona.

I loved this place! The house was beautiful with lots of flowers and flowering trees around it. Lorena, the landlady was very helpful, caring, friendly! She served excellent breakfast every morning specially for us by the ageed time, so every morning hot freashly cooked coffee with croissants, different types of ham, cheese, jams was waiting for us. If you wish, breakfast can be served on the balcony. The room was absolutely clean, tidy, comfortable, the bed had a great mattress. Each of 2 room.
όλα τα σχόλια » We were greeted like long-lost relatives by the wonderful hostess, Lorena. She then chastised us for walking all the way (which wasn't actually far -about 20 mins) from the train station. She said we should have rang and she would have come and got us. She did take us there when we left. So be sure to ring her if you arrive by train. The B&B is really close to the lake. It is wonderfully maintained, big room, great bathroom and nice balcony. The breakfast was fit for a king and we ha. It was excellent!! The house owner made perfect huge breakfast everyday, was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. The rooms and location are comfortable either if you are traveling with children or backpacking. Nice balconies to sit in the evenings, clean and cozy rooms, renovated bathrooms, delicious Italian breakfast and croissants made by the owner lady! Perfection. Extremely helpful and friendly owner. Could not have done more. She picked us up from the station and drove us on to Gardone after our stay. Just amazingly kind! We had the use of a little kitchen which was lovely to make the odd coffee and we could have a snack lunch on the balcony. Location perfect - just a short stroll to the lake and centre of town. The host llorena was fantastic. Picked up and dropped off at station. She was very accommodating. Made a nice breakfast in the morning. Went slightly out of season in October but was very pleasant place to stay. First of all, Lina is very nice, very helpful. Even took us to the train station every morning. The breakfast is standart but nice. The villa is very clost to the lake and to the center of desenzano. Really nice and helpful landlady who serves a superb breakfast! Located at a quiet sideroad but anyway near the center and the lake. Free parking at the site. Exeptionally good value for money. The owner was very friendly and helpful she went out of her way to help make our stay comfortable and fun even with bad weather. Very nice staff, she even picked us up at the train station. Clean nice room with huge balcony. Close to the lake!. Nothing. Nothing - but soap and shampoo was missing from the bathroom. Nothing!. Pay by cash but wasn't a big issue. The heating wasn't very strong - we were cold most of the time. The villa is far from the train station. Desenzano itself, at least in the fall, is kind of abandoned but a good place if you're looking for a place near the train to sleep in. Was hard to find coming into the city for the first time.
