The staff is exceptionally friendly, gracious and attentive. They were most attentive to every need. Special acknowledgement to Antonio and Sergio for their kindness. Very peaceful & quite location. Staff helpful & friendly. Housekeeping excellent & beds comfortable.food high standard. The internet and WiFi did not work during our stay. The staff called for repairs and although we were able to get "bars" showing service, the service was so slow any request for a web page timed out, both on my personal device and on the hotel business center computer available for guests. I was not able to access email at all.
