The location is on the mainland, but there is a nice and fast transportation till 00:40, then you need a taxi to get back. If you are willing to stay a night or couple of more it is fine. Room has toilet and shower inside, so it is not a shared one. Finally a decent breakfast. -

The location is perfect to visit Venice. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, they provided us map, bus ticket and a lot of tips for our trip in Venice. -
The staff was lovely. The have got a nice restaurant, rather cheap. The breakfast is wonderful! Very simple to go to Venice.
