  The very friendly and helpful staff. For travellers with a car (free parking), the location is great - one gets easily into Bergamo. From Maxim to the centre of Milano it is just 30 minutes. There are also many other nice cities and destinations around Bergamo. Compared to hotels in the same price category, the breakfast is great!   This was our 2nd stay in this hotel: it is a perfect hotel: decorated and furbished with extremely good taste and eye for details. The hotel incl. premises is extremely clean, great breakfast; the hotel is like a museum with ART all around the building incl. the rooms and outside on the premises. The room was again in perfect condition. Via Milano ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » bit noisy when you're at the outside swimming pool - The staff could not do enough for us - from train times, to recommending restaurants, to calling all of Bergamo to find somewhere we could leave our luggage on the last day (unfruitful). The hotel is dotted with art and sculptures and the overall effect is very impressive. The toom was small but perfectly formed, and the bathrooms are lovely. I do not think I could fault this hotel.
