The apartment itself was suprisingly spacious and comfortable. Great location halfway between The Old City and the City Center in small quiet street and with charming patio.

Excellent accommodation, close to the airport - ideal for catching an early morning flight. Very spacious, especially for the teenagers in the group who loved their mezzanine quarters. Would definitely return to this accommodation. -

Great hotel in great location. Directly across from train station, sogoing to and from Milan is easy. The airport shuttle also stops at thetrain station so getting to and from the airport is effortless. The walkto the Funicular is a leasurly 20 minute strolls, but you can take thebus. Really good location between new and old cities, apartment clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There was loads to do every day and this was a great apartment for a family. A lovely warm welcome from Monica, who had also been very helpful prior to our arrival. A great location, being so close to citta Alta, walking distance. Apartment well laid out, comfortable and has everything you need. Bakery, pizza restaurant and lovely bar/café very close by. Use bus from airport or train station as stop just up the road!

I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! Had a brilliant stay!! - The location regarding city centre, the old town plus enough parking

Maybe one of the best studio-room I've ever been in. Awesome "magazine-design" room, with chimney and unbelievable views to whole city. The location is in the city centre of Citta Alta, which is the most touristic area in Bergamo. If I knew this city and hotel would be so great, I would surely have spent more than one day there.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio. The dinner that we ate at the restaurant was excellent with wonderful service. -

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. Its a beautiful family run b&b. we had breakfast in the green garden without the intense heat of Florence. And its right in the heart of the old town of Bergamo; a short taxi ride from the railway station & to the airport. And the old medieval town had it all for a evening walk when it got dark; restaurants, delicious biscuits&cake&

We just stayed one night to catch early morning flight from Bergamo Airport. Location is perfect, 15 minutes drive to- from the Airport.
We stayed in the family room with beautiful Terace-Garden.
Even we left very early in the morning, the owner prepared some sandwiches for us as take away.
Sure will stay also next time.

Just great! Perfect location, very nice, friendly and helpful owners. Clean and tasty furnished. Very nice breakfast and we had permanently coffee, tee, chocolades and fruits in our room. -

Arranged a lift from airport with hotel owner - very friendly and meant we could get in to the room very early. Beautiful old building - lively location in the historical centre of bergamo. The welcome was very lovely and the owner was kind in making good recommendations for places to eat on two very rainy evenings.
The rooms with ceiling frescoes are high and very appealing.
The breakfasts were a refreshing surprise with salad plates presented along with cereal and fresh fruit.

Both Miriam and Alberto are a friendly couple and they helped us from the beginning of the trip till the very last day. They picked us up at the train station, showed us around Bergamo and gave us some information about how to get around and also some tips where to go. They kindly booked us a shuttle taxi to the airport, which costed only 25 euros
