Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

I felt like in a fairy tail. I expected a nice place to stay but my expectations were overcome. It's a well situated B&B with wonderfull design. There's a nice view of the surroundings. B&B is surrounded with woods so it's really quiet place and you feel like somewhere else not like a few minutes walk from city center. 100% from the start to the finish. The start was at the arrival airport
when Glenda collected us (husband, wife and 7 year old daughter) to the

Everything about the hotel was so new and fresh we thought it had just opened when we stayed in Oct 08. We were told it was 4 years old. Super room, wonderful bathroom and great breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Bergamo Palazzo Dolci, the location of the hotel was excellent, convenient for the train station and within easy reach of the airport, with good restaurants close by. The hotel staff were friendly, and very helpful. The room was excellent, clean and of a high standard. I am looking forward to staying at

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. The breakfast was excellent. -
