  I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! The restaurant on level eight was excellent - the food, the wine and, not least, the view!

The start was at the arrival airport when Glenda collected us (husband, wife and 7 year old daughter) to the finish when Glenda returned us to the airport for departure.   Everything about the hotel was so new and fresh we thought it had just opened when we stayed in Oct 08. We were told it was 4 years old. Super room, wonderful bathroom and great breakfast.   The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help.   I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Bergamo Palazzo Dolci, the location of the hotel was excellent, convenient for the train station and within easy reach of the airport, with good restaurants close by. The hotel staff were friendly, and very helpful. The room was excellent, clean and of a high standard.
