  the staff were very curteous, the facilities were excellent. we loved the interiors, and the rooms were extremely comfortable! breakfast was excellent as well. the location was convenient when flying to bergamo airport, but i would suggest the website should make it more clear how to get to the hotel on foot. we ended up in a cab, because there ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » wasn't much signage for the pedestrian route. - The location of the hotel is superb as it is right across the road to the airport with easy access via underground passage. Additionally, there was an outstanding mall right next to the hotel with many stores and several restaurants and bars which was also very convenient. The hotel's sauna and gym facilities as well as the rooms are all 5 star quality!!! Bergamo is very close by!

  Great hotel in great location. Directly across from train station, sogoing to and from Milan is easy. The airport shuttle also stops at thetrain station so getting to and from the airport is effortless. The walkto the Funicular is a leasurly 20 minute strolls, but you can take thebus.   I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! Had a brilliant stay!! - The location regarding city centre, the old town plus enough parking ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » places right outside the entrance. Remarkably quiet despite the location. The restaurant on level eight was excellent - the food, the wine and, not least, the view!

  San Lorenzo was a lovely hotel, in the centre of the old city old Bergamo, the staff at the desk were really nice and informative, the room was small but really well equipped with a balcony overlooking the 'gardens', parking was free outside the hotel because the hotel provided us with a ticket to put in our car , a real bonus. The hotel is perfectly located and our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains, which was fabulous. It is in the centre of town but very quiet and peaceful.
