The Winter Garden Hotel is a beautiful property. Elegant, modern, and spacious! The feel of the lobby just gives you a chic sense that your stay will be restful. Free parking which is great. Staff were helpful. Clean rooms with nice
bathroom and huge double shower. Convenient to stay if you have an
early/late flight to bergamo. Not as close to airport as some of
the others but cheaper rate and free parking makes up for it if you
have a hire car.

Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

Hotel looked nice and was a bit different than hotels usually. Thanks tohotel personnel which gave us instructions to found the hotel by busfrom Bergamo. Hotel situation seem to be on a side of the town but therewas a nice restaurant nearby. Kitchen was already closed because of ourlate arrival but they cooked us so delicious cold plate. Hotel brea

Cheap and really fast internet,free room service. Soon will have a spa! A very worthwhile deal!

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel: it is a perfect hotel: decorated and furbished with extremely good taste and eye for details. The hotel incl. premises is extremely clean, great breakfast; the hotel is like a museum with ART all around the building incl. the rooms and outside on the premises. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » bit noisy when you're at the outside swimming pool - The staff could not do enough for us - from train times, to recommending restaurants, to calling all of Bergamo to find somewhere we could leave our luggage on the last day (unfruitful). The hotel is dotted with art and sculptures and the overall effect is very impressive. The toom was small but perfectly formed, and the bathrooms are lovely. I do not think I could fault this hotel.
