Hotel is near to the airport, walking distance 1km. The staff was very friendly and they speak good english, except cleaners. Rooms was average size, clean and aircondition was very good. There was a Supermarket behind the Hotel.
Next time when we go to milan we definitely stay at this Hotel. -

Hotel has amazing retro-style design - for those who prefer interesting design (instead of insipid IKEA-made interiors in some other hotels). Also, in addition to shower there is full-length bath in the bathroom.
Very frendly staff, and breakfast is quite good. -
Made to feel welcome by the very friendly and helpful staff.

Clean rooms and friendly receptionist ! The extra knowledge of 'KALIMERA' (=Good morning) and 'KALISPERA' (=Good evening) turn out an ordinary check in - check out procedure in a really fun happening ! - helpfull staff, place for rental car, central dislocation

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. The breakfast was excellent. -

We travel idependently and La Castellan is really well situated for
both rail and airport transfers. Great value and has everything you
need ideal, if a littel old fashioned which is exactly what you would
expect in a 17 century building. For a weekend break. I would be happy
to return.
The owner is really friendly and veryhelpful and speaks good English.

The friendliest receptionist we have ever met - very very helpful. Breakfast was good but with a small variety. The Wi-fi signal was very good. Free parking across the street or underground parking available but no access between 10:00pm and 7:00am to the parking lot. -

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio. The dinner that we ate at the restaurant was excellent with wonderful service. -

Location, excellent rooms and restaurant, staff was very nice andpolite, we intend to visit it again - The dinner was very good, both nights, as was the lunch. Unfortunately due to the heat, our appetites were not sufficient to enable us to try each course. The zabagaloni ice cream was a delight. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It
striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion
to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an
early flight (and have a car). Thanks to Valentina and Giulio for a
