Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch and very good. As it was the end of January we were not affected by any mosquitos. Will certainly return. - We had a lovely stay at the this hotel. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a suite which, as we were staying for 6 nights, was a real benefit. The breakfasts were great, the pool wonderful and the staff really helpful, going so far as to take us to the airport when our taxi didn't turn up!

  This was a delightful place to stay with Manuela being so helpful and friendly to all her guests. Breakfast was lovely and when weather was nice we got to mingle with other guests - even in the afternoon when we could sit in garden having tea and coffee with whoever was around from sightseeing the town which is only 2 to 3 minute walk away. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, very close to the walls of central Lucca. It's in a quiet neigborhood with small shops (pastry, laundry, and others) within a short walk. Breakfast was better than expected and again the owner is the perfect host.

  I was a bit stressed out when we arrived, because we arrived a few hours later than planned. and had to drive down a narrow pedestrian street to reach the hotel. Being from the U.S., it felt much like driving down a busy sidewalk. But hosts Bri'd and Stefano were just wonderful. Our Divina room was beautifully painted, spacious with high castle like ceiling.Bathroom was contemporary and clean. Cappuccino was excellent and the hosts are very gracious.
