We stayed at this hotel on our last night of vacation before we left Rome for home. For 67 Euros, this was a great value! The hotel staff was very friendly and professional, the room was clean, and the hotel itself looked very upscale. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English. A very nice breakfast was included in the price. Shuttle service was arranged both from and to the airport- 7.5 euro per person. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

The family-sized apartment was huge and very comfortable. Very close to Fiumicino airport (5 minutes). Quiet location. The service was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. We arrived early after departing from a cruise
& they made us comfortable; secured the luggage; provided coffee
& tea; and provided the suite early, once it was ready--by 11:15am.
The lovely assistant insisted upon carrying my & my husband's
luggage upstairs; showed me all the features of the suite she had just

The hotel is nicely located in the "centre" of Fiumicino village, which in turn is located 3km close to the airport, thus it is comfortable for short stays or early flights. The marina is within walking distance (3 minutes) with very good options for dining. Fish is excellent in the area. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and comfortable. IT seems recently opened or renovated. It is a family business and owners are very helpful with any information you may need. They will arrange the taxi fo

The room was large, clean and quiet. The host was fantastic, and did
everything he could to accommodate my needs, even finding a place that
could wash and dry my hair for me in a tight window of time. The site is
a short walk from the beach and a string of good meal choices. It is a

I must admit I copied another's review... But I agree with
it....Great proximity to fco, walking distance to beach with very good
and inexpensive restaurants. Breakfast was just right for traveling and
staff was very helpful and cheerful. The rooms are bright, new, and
very clean.
ALso, the shuttle service to the airport was good.... came a bit early, we were the only customers in the van and there were not other stops enroute to the airport, so it was calming and not nerve racking.

Hotel room was comfortable, but the location was not so good. There is a supermarket, and restaurant/cafes below the hotel, but nothing else within walking distance. The staffs there were very friendly. Also, it was very very clean and comfortable. Its bed, its bathroom, its TV, its small refrigerator, .... are great.
Its restaurant and the quality of their foods and the price is amazing. I suggest that try it. Only note that if you want to check in after 2PM they serve lunch until 2PM. So, if you want to eat

We had a really wonderful experience there and one thing more their breakfast also was very very nice -
Good location in a quiet place (no noise, no traffic) for those who travel by car but do not want to use the car in Rome: there is hotel’s free garage and pedestrian access (20 min) to metro Batistini. Service, room and breakfast are good.

the hotel was unbelieveably nice especially for the price. I stayed at another hotel in Rome that was almost $300 a nite and this was just as nice. I would stay there again. - Staff (at reception and in dining-hall) was really obliging and friendlyand hotel rooms were just perfect. Territory of hotel was tidy andbeautiful.

I like very much helpful staff, the silence of the location where the hotel is located and cleanliness. Also breakfast were quite enough and room was pretty large for 2 persons. Good choice for quality and low costs if you don´t like mess and loud of the city centre. -
