We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view.

The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely
wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt,
bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg.
The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

Wonderful welcome from Simone, extremely helpful and friendly and always on call if you beefed anything.
Super clean room and most comfortable bed, loved all of the details too, chocolate on your pillow, towels (changed daily) wrapped in ribbon...felt very special!

wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a
computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which
we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street
near the termini. It is easy to walk to the Colosseum and Forum area.

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. We felt welcomed. The room was nice, clean, spacious and bright. Excellent shutters and good A/C. The older couple running the b&b were friendly and wanted to make our stay pleasant.

Nice owner, Claudio will try his best for you to feel most comfortable. The place is located between the Roma Termini and Colosseum, so location is great! Monti area is very nice, many hip places to spend the evenings.. For the room, very clean and comfortable. We stayed at the double-bed room, it has a separate but private bathroom. Walk-in close

The owner of the Resort Cavour B&B was very kind and helpful. He
waited for us when our plane arrived to Rome quite late in the Friday
evening 8th of March and made a reservation to one of his favorite
restaurants for us the first night. He got us breakfast tickets for cafe
downnstairs so we were free from timetables. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it.
Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.
Easy to explore other places: The hotel is ideally located if you intend to explore Rome

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.
