As accomplished travelers in overseas countries, this was far and away the best stay we ever had in a B&B. The house is new and designed as a B&B. It is impeccably appointed with furniture, rugs, pictures and knickknacks that fit it. The breakfast was fantastic, choice of traditional Irish Breakfast, Omelets, French toast with real maple syrup, etc. Served with freshly baked Madelines! If you travel through Ireland, then you have to stay at the Ardeevin Guesthouse.
This place is just magnific. The rooms are very big, very well furnished and clean.
The owner were really kind and helpful, and we enojoyed their friendliness throuhout our stay.
Breakfast was delicious. We had some toasts and then the full Irish breakfast, which was perfect. Plus, they also served the most delicious scones we ever had.
We really recommend staying here if you pass through Donegal (and you should).
The owner's were fantastic! They are super sweet and took the time to ensure we were comfortable. We are so glad we didn't stay in the city center because we would have missed this charming guest house. The house overlooks a lake and the Blue Stack Mountains. We didn't get lost when we drove to the guest house but even if we did, it would have been worth it! Breakfast was delicious!!! I wish we could have stayed longer. Donegal is beautiful.
We were absolutely amazed how beautiful this B&B was.
The room was like from medieval time, staff was incredibly friendly serving was welcome wine and having a chat with us.
The decoration was great as well, i think i don't have enough adjectives to describe Ardeevin Guesthouse, was the BEST B&B that I have been. I hope to come back very soon.
Terrific hosts, always made you feel very welcome and offered some great ideas. The room was of a standard that was well above what you'd expect from a B&B... top quality beds, very spacious and well-designed room. Amazing cooked-to-order breakfast and choice of same, we'd definitely recommend.
Quite location beside like. Lovely house. Unfortunately because of a mix
up we ended up in a room rarely used which, whilst lovely, had the
smallest ebsuite I have ever seen. That said, the owners were very
apologetic and could not have been more helpful.
Everything. This BnB puts alot of hotels to shame! The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The owners were kind,welcoming,warm and friendly. The breakfast was delish, and the view from the room was stunning. Cant wait to go back!.
We were a day late getting their due to a car accident. We showed up
late and didn't call. We couldn't get our phone to work. They
didn't want to charge us but we paid half the cost The view was
gorgeous Better than the pics.
The hosts made us feel at home. Every room was decorated beautifully with antiques. Anything you need was supplied. The breakfast was outstanding with fluffy omlets and delicious French toast. View of the lake and farm land.
I loved the beautiful setting with a view of Lough Eske. The garden was
lovely, the room was large with very comfortable bed, and the breakfast
was subperb! The best b & b experience during our 9 days in Ireland.
Heavenly! That is the word to describe Ardeeven. Mary's baking and cooking is superb. She makes other accommodations appear sub-standard.

Truly excellent, loved everything from location to breakfast. The best
place for a romantic getaway. Close to Donegal town and owners will

Maureen helped me with my geneology. Gave me the key to a 20 year old problem. The inn was amazingly beautiful. I even took a photo of the breakfast! Everything was great.
