Beautiful hotel next to the Campuhan Ridge walk which was really really nice. Do it in the evening or early morning and go to karsa cafe. We did not try the restaurant. The pool was really really nice - one of the best hotel pools we've tried. Got upgraded from Tree top to Ibah Suite which was nice - the room was definately luxurious and very very comfortable. What an inspired choice for our first experience of Bali. It's evening so the Internet which can be patchy during the day, is working well.
Everything from the layout, location, decor, qualities and tranquility of the gardens, size and comfort of the room and most of all charm, friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff speaks loads of this hotel.

Rooms were spacious and in a quiet area with a pleasant outlook. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Private pool was relaxing to unwind at the end of the day. When we left, it was sad, like leaving family. Will certainly come back again.

The accommodation was clean, modern and well maintained. Staff were
helpful and friendly. You are a 10 minute walk from the main area of
Ubud shops, but it's a pleasant walk. The plus side is it is
peasceful and great views of the hills and rice paddies. Putri Ayu
also offer free transport when you want to go into town. Nothing is
too much trouble

Nice central location, can walk to most of the local sights...Was a little difficult to find to start with, perhaps using the "Lane" name in the address as well would be helpful. Lovely and quiet but so close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. The kids are a little noisy sometimes, but they're always having fun...it was nice watching them

When we arrived we got an Upgrade for a Bungalow. The stuff was very nice and i really liked the style of the balinese Bungalows! For the price, there is really nothing to complain- also breakfast was included ( which was really ok) and it is next to the Main street.

Room was very clean. The hotel had some noise in the past, but apparently, it is no longer a problem. Some visitors complained about the birds (on the web site), but I didn't think the birds were loud, rather, they made a good soft wake up call at 6am. I heard a rooster crow, but very faintly. If you like to sleep late, I don't see a problem b

I like it because they upgrade our room to deluxe room which really nice and spacious with wonderful bathroom.
I like the breakfast also, toast, fruit, and tea that prepared by staff in the morning when I opened the door, I can make my tea directly.
The staff was nice and polite
unfortunately, we didn't see the ritual or ceremony that they held for their son, it's kind of traditional ceremony.
