We liked the fact that all the staff were always friendly remembered all our names and willing and eager to please nothing was ever a bother. We all had facials and foot reflexology and that was fantastic we recommend that you spoil yourself with one of the treatments on offer and relax. The bed is just so comfortable I usually suffer a back ache every morning at home however, there was not one morning that I had a back ache. I will be back soon.there is a small chef whose name I forget. I think he is not balinese - maybe javanese. He was fantastic in his commitment to please. His enthusiasm was delightful he cooked my eggs (over easy)TO perfection (also showing the other staff what over easy is) and baked the best bread I have had in asia!. Fabulous! Loved it! Staff were very humble and efficent. Always greeted me with a true warm smile and a wonderful hand in pray position, noting the respectful Namasti greeting. Free shuttle from hotel to centre of Seminyak which less tham a few minutes away. I walked from the hotel to the centre daily and, back again. Took me an leisurely hour after walking from store to shore and taking photos along the way. Will certainly stay there again and again!. The hotel was beautiful! We had a first floor room which meant that we could step out to the pool right from our room. The rooms were very cozy and the shower was amazing! Although we weren’t directly on the beach we found out that we were only a short walk to the beach. When you make your way to the beach you’ll find that this hotel is actually located right next to the w Hotel and Potato Head Beach Club. Loved the size of the room, the comfort of the bed and the facilities. Really loved that there weren't too many children around (although that's not the resort's policy, just my luck). While the resort is new, the staff make the place. They are eager to please regardless of a few teething problems. I cannot wait to go back to Vasanti next time I'm in Bali. Everything in the resort was great especially the room with pool excess, it made my family happy and excited. The room was spacious enough for 3 of us with a big bath tub that my wife and daughter enjoyed soaking in after all the outing done in the day and not to mention the comfy bed and pillows. We really like everything. Staff were very friendly every day, they always greeted us with a smile when we arrived.took They would open the car doors for us and help us with our bags. The food was fantastic, very quick service! They helped us book our tours over the phone and ordered our taxis for us everyday. I would definatly stay there again:). Extremely friendly staff. I lost my phone and they went out of their way to help me find it. Large, sunny and very comfortable room, huge bed, large bathroom with rain shower and bath. Quiet, located 5 mns from Seminyak Centre and Beach, free shuttle services every 2 hours and free buggy service to main road 24/7. Real great value, the walk in pool from the grown flor rooms is just gorgeous, must be considered when booking, definitely worth the extra cost. The staff are nice even they have to play the game with the client in every single checking that the credit card machine is not working but can't tell the truth. Good location, just 5mins walk from beach. The staff were very friendly, especially Dewi from reception, she was the one who managed everything for us. pool excellent but the prices in restaurant and bar were overpriced, as well as spa.But overall very nice stay and would go there next time. It was a beautiful resort, the staff were friendly and the food was quite yummy. The pool was centrally located and easily accessible from our room which was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and private, the beds were the best! Overall a very nice stay. The room was very nice(we had a junior suite), especially if the price is taken into consideration! The hotel is situated in a very calm place - you won't be disturbed by the noises from the street for sure! Everything is new and that's nice. We stayed in a Junior Suite with views through to the sea at the rear of the hotel which was very quiet.Plenty of room, lovely sitting area & very comfortable bed.Lots of wardrobe/draw space which is great when staying a longer time. Our experience at Vasanti was really nice. I was happy with the room and facilities. Our jacuzzi was amazing (my friend had a mind blowing time in there:-. My husband and I recently spent two nights at Vasanti, what struck me most was the friendliness of the staff and light modern design of the hotel. Modern and new hotel. Very pleasant surroundings. We had a 2 year old with us and the pool is very child friendly. Would stay there again. I like the warmth and friendly of Vasanti's staff, they were excellent. The room and balcony size is big enough beyond my expectation. Booked the Vasanti Suite for a bargain price on letsbookhotel.com and the room was amazing. Good breakfast and hotel facilities... The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed. The price is unbeatable. The gym has good equipment but is way too small. After a long day out shopping we loved returning to the nice comfortable beds. We really only have a few things we could suggest and that is the menu is very limited when dining in lots more variety is needed and well desserts need a lot of attention. Perhaps adding a few more cocktails to the menu also. Lack of sophistocated alcohol in the bar/dining area. It just opened so unfortunately there was still some construction and the gym was not open yet but other than that the fact that it was a new hotel wasn’t much of an issue. It would also have been nice if the hotel had a map of the area or a list of recommended restaurants, etc to share with us when we arrived. We found that we had to figure this stuff out on our own. The food was quite limited knowing the hotel is fully operational but still acceptable. We venture the roof which was not completed yet and it will be awesome once its ready with sea view. I suspected that the flooring outside the bathroom just near to the bathtub is leaking as my luggage was wet the day i packed. The hotel could add more timing to Seminyak Sq and the beach as compliment. Nothing. The credit card machine are just not working but the staff are just accusing all my credit are not working.. Forced me to pay all in cash, I have tried later during the day to pay in the other place by using my cards, and all works.. So instead by accusing in purpose in every checking, puting the fault on the client's payment cards, because it's easier, it's that hard to admit that their machines are working because of the hotel is brand new ?? It's not fair!. Whats not to like. I booked for 5 days and stayed11. Without a motorbike it is not too comfortable, u'll have to walk to catch a cab, and the beach is rather far away. The pool lacks sunbeds. The variety of food during breakfast was a little bit disappointing. More care could be taken with room cleaning and more shade eg umbrellas needed around pool area. Not a lot to complain about but the location of the hotel was nice but for me I didnt like the front of the hotel( not much scenery). Just at the end of our stay the staff tried to charge us items from the minibar ( which we hadnt touched) but we rectified the problem. The lack or poor timing ,of meal service to the table to dinners in the evening .Food needed to be more Indonesian or much better European but fell short either way . Noisey neighbours but complained to reception and they sorted it. a lot of mosquitoes and some of the rooms hasn't been finished yet, so some times the were a bit noisy construction work during the day, but just a little bit and didn't bore us much. Out of the way. Had to call taxis all the time to get to anywhere, even massages. Towels were tacky and worn. Breakfast could be improved, it was still delicious, but often the pre made food in the warmers was not hot enough. Other than that, no complaits!. - The room is warm, air-con matters - Staffs are less responsive. Breakfast was basic and could be improved. Attention to detail in the finishes of the rooms could have been better Workmanship was not as good as it should have been e.g doors not closing easily, tiles out of alignment. I kinda didn't like the breakfast menu. The taste wasn't the best one. But the croissant was help. I hope they will improve the breakfast menu immediately. The location was a little out of the way however this wasnt too much of a problem with courtesy buses and taxis... The food needs improving. Western choices are mostly on the unhealthy side. The fruit at breakfast wasn't as fresh as you can find elsewhere. Egg station needs more skilled chefs. The pool is gorgeous but needs more options for shade. بعده عن الأسواق والأماكن السياحية. Breakfast place not cozy enough because the long table make it share with other people.. Also the food not too much choices :). nothing. Crowded , long check out line , crowded breakfast etc. breakfast pastries weren't that good, our room was without view, couldn't charge our orders on the room.
