The hotel is a hidden gem in Medan city. It is in the center of everything (great to start your trip in Sumatra), but when you are at the hotel you cannot feel you are in the city. The design takes care of that. And being located above the shopping center and on top floors only help to escape the noise of the city, so don't be discouraged. The

The breakfast was delicious and dinner was also really nice. The room
was nice and clean and we loved the movie channel. Also, it was nice to
see Medan from up there. Next to that, the swimming pool was lovely,
however, I think it was not really normal for westerners to be there and
just go and swim in western swimwear: bikini.

I am very satisfied with this hotel with good facilities spa, fitness

The cleanliness, prompt and friendly service of the staffs. In addition,
the shopping mall attached to the hotel make it convenient to do last
minute shopping. -
This hotel is located at the same building as the Cambridge Mall. This is convenient to traveller as foods and supermarket is just next door.

A very nice place to stay: a haven of peace in the middle of busy Medan. Staying there feels like you are far, far away from the city.
The rooms are good and clean. Airconditioning works well. Supplimentaries such as coffee, tea and bottles of water (definitively no tap water!!) are present.
The swimming pool is nice and offers a panoramic view

Peaceful location and generally pleasant staff (particularly Ellie who was the best of them all). We took the trip to the Supiso Piso waterfall and were given an interesting full day tour, including views over the magnificent Lake Toba, by the Hotel's friendly driver. Swimming pool was refreshing and well worth a visit after all that sightseeing!

We are a group of 21 persons. Booked 10 room in this hotel for 2 nights. This hotel is value for money. Eapecially the breakfast. The breakfast is equavalent to 5 star hotel. I will recommend my friends to stay this hotel when in Medan.

Nice clean hotel in the cbd. Everything working. WiFi in the room and
internet in the lounge. Staff were helpful, lost our booking but found
us a room. Good location in a quiet street with resturants and shops

It is quiet and has a nice staff. Rooms are comfortable and bathroom quite large with both tub and shower. -

The hospitality was excellent. The owner and wife personally welcome us, see us off and see to our needs. We love the generous portion of foods. The fresh, tender and tasty fish and chicken were super. My son who don't usually like fish eat a lot of it. Yummy! -

This is my second stay at Hotel Sibayak. The greatest strength was the staff and particularly Angeline in the Medan office. As we had to change some dates (add a day to the stay) then reduce one room as 2 of the family did not show. They were very flexible with the changes. The restaurant was very good and Mr. Santori still made the best omelettes

Very fresh air since Berastagi located at mountain area. So the hotel also have very very nice mountain background view with fog in the morning. Very big swimming pool but a bit chilly, good if they can warm the water since this is highland. Variety of food for the breakfast.
My 11 members of the family booked one family cottage with rooms and one superior room. Spacious, very nice & clean rooms

Great location - opposite Padang Merdeka @ Merdeka Walk and very close
to Medan Railway Station (less than 5 mins walk). The room is big, the
bathroom is big, the shower is big. The facilities are good. The
breakfast buffet is excellent - lot of choices, I enjoy it very much.

Everything was perfect, breakfast one of the most extended I have ever

Wonderful people who were so helpful, we had an issue with coming in late and they came through for us, picked us up and even made us a late dinner because we were starving. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. They have lovely garden, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. -
