We were not pleased at all with the way they did their accounting. We paid a deposit for extra hours to stay the next day. Then after lunch with we askedto put on the account rhey chased us twice for money while asleep at the door also by phone. After it was settled with another deposit they came calling AGAIN at the door while we were resting. We

amazing pickup service shuttle The hotel's driver was waiting for 2
hours with us at the lost and found, the airline lost his luggage The
Hotel it's in a strategic position. Has a very good spa, swimming
pool and sauna! It's not necessary to go in the City, if you plan to
stay one day. Jakarta is crowded every day, a lot of traffic!! Rush hour
may be 3 hour to go city.

1、WIFI and cable internet connnection is available in room and it is free of charge. this is wonderful.
2、The room i stayed has a small yard, it is good for breathing fresh air in the early morning.People also can do exersise in it. It is good.
3、breakfirst is abundant and good taste
4、Has a clean and beautiful swiming pool -

As a 5-star hotel, the price is very attractive. Although its a little
far from other major office buildings, but it is easy to get a taxi.
Staff are helpful and kind. Good city view, good breakfast selection,
good swimming pool, internet access speed is just fine but acceptable.
Room is spacious enough. -

The room is also wide enough giving a good circulation inside it. Also, wide variety of choices in the breakfast open buffet.

The Sheraton is a visually beautiful hotel - if you don't look
close. The design, layout, gardens and views are all perfect. My room
had a view of the gardens, pools and Mt. Merapi. The staff went out of
the way to make sure I was having a good time. The rooms are large and
airy but very worn down. Things didn't work from arrival to my
departure.

again as the plus was bigger than the minus. -
the hotel building and the garden as well as swimming pool is very impressive, the breakfast was also great, the hotel is located outside the city, which could both plus and minus, however you my easily reach city in less than 20 minutes by taxi for max 7$
