We loved Laguna and Gili T as a whole. The staff were very welcoming and friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable. Rooms are very well presented and although some people may think they look tired, we ha no complaints.

Loved the friendly staff. Always happy to chat to us and help us out. The breakfast each morning was delicious! You could have whatever you wanted from the menu. The rooms cleaned daily and extremely spacious. Opposite the beach. Nice and quiet and away from the noise of the bars etc, being a small island it only takes you 10 minutes to get to everything and 5 minutes later you are out of it all again anyway. Beautiful snorkelling area right out the front and only two doors down from Mango Dive

The villas are brilliant! Very clean, large and comfy! The sea water shower is amazing and there is plenty of fresh water in a scoop afterwards! Far from the centre which might be good for some, bad for other! It's 10 minute bicycle ride and 25 minute walking. We loved it!

The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done for us with good humor and a friendly, relaxed manner. Setting was idyllic and just the right distance to walk into the main town. Food was delicious and inexpensive, considering we were at a resort. Privacy was another good feature.

We opted for the basic room no aircon or hot water, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. There are more fancy places on Gili Air, but it its a good clean room you are looking for this is the place, you don't need many facilities as the island surrounds is what you there for. -

Stayed at villa 5 and had the most wonderful time. The resort itself is quiet, far from the maddening crowds of the East coast. As a 40+ solo traveller I enjoyed the comforts provided by Kaluku Bungalow including the king bed, air conditioning, and private outdoor shower and toilet which was beautifully designed with natural slate and stone. There are only a handful of bungalows available at Kaluku and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the banana pancakes

The bungalow is clean and nice. It is on the beach as all hotels on Gili island are. The shower and toilet are under the sky;) Breakfast is simple but nice. It's better to go to other places to swim and lay on the beach as there is no actually beach in front of the hotel and the sea is not deep enough. The island is perfect, it's like paradise!

We loved our time here, the resort is right on the beach and right by the restaurants. Gili Air is far quieter than Gili T so this is no problem at all as everything winds down by 11. The pool is divine and snorkelling is on your doorstep. The accommodation was unique and we enjoyed the 2 story villa. Very relaxing and very required after Gili T!

Staff were very helpfull and friendly. The diving was extremely well organised with equipment standards rating very high. The breakfast choices were great and always fresh. I would highly recommend staying here for the dive package/courses and central location with brilliant food and welcoming staff. -

Perfect location. Hire bikes on site and 5 minute ride to the busy

My girlfriend and I stayed at Bale Sampan for 3 days after trekking up
Mount Rijani in Lombok. Our fist impression was that the hotel was
charming would be quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Check in was
quick and easy and we were immpressed by the cleanliness and layout of
the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large enough for
two people to maneuver without stepping on each other.

The restaurant, where you have the nice breakfast (and can have dinner as well) is right at the ocean front. So you have breakfast while have a gorgeous ocean view. We loved our stay here. We stayed in a fan cooled one bedroom treehouse, so there were some bugs and the room did get hot at times, but they provided us with bug spray, a mosquito net, and coils. The room was kept quite clean. The highlight is definitely the free breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay. Perfect spot to stay if you want to snorkel and dive with the turtles. There is not one day out of the 5, that I did not see turtles - and this is the main reason I came.
