  The hotel is beautiful and Very quiet and peaceful. The spa was amazing our massages were well priced and well executed. Service was excellent they even paid for our horse carriage from the boat to the hotel.   The staff both before I arrived and after - were extremely helpful and caring. The food was good. Not extra yummy but nice!   A rather rustic place. Staff were friendly, always smiling. The villa is not at the town centre (which is good because the town can get noisy at night),it is slightly further in and takes about 20 minutes to get there by foot. The villa provides bicycles and you can opt for this instead of walking. Alrernatively you can also hire a cidomo(horse ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » cart). We walked mostly as we could take our time and enjoy the view along the way. Just remember to take the flashlight with you because its quite da - Loved the villa, the privacy and the peace and quiet. Ten minutes walk or cycle from the bars and restaurants, yet everything was available to you if you just wanted to stay home, and the villa was more than inviting for you to do just that. We stayed here in the last week of our two week trip (Bali first) and we really wished we had had our two weeks at Les Villas Ottalia. We will definitely be back.

  The really like the localization in front of the beach and that you don´t need the key to open the room door. In fact, the guest can open the open the door using their fingers. It really great. The breakfast on the beach was good: banana pancake or eggs or sandiwich, juice and coffee. It is 15 minutes far from the Harbour. No pool but the beach is right across from the hotel. The restaurant Mawar next to Good Heart is the best place to eat, all we had was superb. I would recommend Good Heart to everyone going to Trawangan!

  The rooms and balconies along with lower level day bed and table and chairs gave you options in and out of the sun while you were at your room. Gardens and pool were lovely. The pool bar staff were all great, good for a chat and all made great cocktails. There was a good variety for breakfast. Eating out on Gili T was very reasonable, we were expecting it to be expensive because it's a small - We were at first put into accommodation known as a Lumbung these are cramped, dark and tiny with almost a ladder going from upper bedroom to the outdoor downstairs bathroom which is very steep. They are kind of a traditional Indo style place my friend and I decided this was not for us and asked to change the staff were most amenable and put us into a fab newer room one level with gorgeous outdoor bathroom. It seems there are two distinct parts to Vila Ombek two pools etc the Pearl of Trewangan

  As a 40+ solo traveller I enjoyed the comforts provided by Kaluku Bungalow including the king bed, air conditioning, and private outdoor shower and toilet which was beautifully designed with natural slate and stone. There are only a handful of bungalows available at Kaluku and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the banana pancakes ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » for breakfast. The views from the shore in front were very calming and relaxing. The Kaluku bungalows are not budget or backpacker accommodation for G - The bungalow is clean and nice. It is on the beach as all hotels on Gili island are. The shower and toilet are under the sky;) Breakfast is simple but nice. It's better to go to other places to swim and lay on the beach as there is no actually beach in front of the hotel and the sea is not deep enough. The island is perfect, it's like paradise!

  This accommodation was ideal, restaurant on the beach, at high tide the waves lapped at our feet. A experience not possible at any other beach front resort I have been before. The resort was very close to the action and party area of the island, but far enough away to be very quite and relaxing. We didn't need to leave the resort if didn't want to... τι λέει ο κόσμος » , we position down the back of the resort, very quite, had basically our own pool and bale. Our room was basic, with things we felt was important, sat - We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which is large, nicely laid out and well fitted out. Great if you want a private base for your activities but it isn't a communal style resort, you'll barely see other guests when you're there. The included breakfast at the Restaurant was the best we had in Indonesia, very good. Note the letsbookhotel.com map location is wrong, the resort is actually 1 km south of the main wharf.

  This resort is at the top of the island which while is about a 20 min walk into the town which is very dark at night ( take a torch), it does have the best snorkelling spot from the beach outside the hotel. The water was beautiful and clear and many many fish. We saw & swam with sea turtles just down a bit at coral beach. Walk up the beach a b... τι λέει ο κόσμος » it and have a drink at the bar with bean bags on the sand and watch the sun set over the volcano in bali. Food at Villa Grasia was OK, we had lunch t - We initially booked 2 nights but liked it so much we booked 2 additional nights. The staff is really nice, breakfast delicious, 4-5pm there is tea time with a delicious snack, the pool was great, beach also. Free beach beds, bikes to drive to the center and free towels. We loved the fact that is was a 5-10 min bike ride to the 'center', where all restaurants are. Tip for a good Italian place is Blu d'mare and a little bit more expensive but also great is Ko-Ko-Mo.
