The friendly staff, great service, the room set up was brilliant and breakfast was delicious.
We enjoyed our stay more than what we expected all we can say we really recommended this hotel for any traveller, we are looking forward for our next stay in Kertanegara Premium Guest House :)

The rooms where large with comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. There was a locker in your room for your valuables though it felt very secure anyway with the outside doors being locked at 9 pm and almost always someone in reception. This excellent small place manage by very very friendly couple and thay help us a lot during our very short stay
there.
there small hotel is very clean and tide and very close to the surabaya zoo and only 30 minutes drive away from the airport.
even though staff cant cant speak good English, they are very friendly and helpful. I will stay again at this very friendly place and wishing them all the best.
