Pretty much everything, the room was great, albeit a little small with a child. Very clean and we'll maintained and the grounds were beautiful. All the staff were lovely and spoke very good English. Pool was nice and clean, and they played lounge music in the pool area at all times which really gave it a relaxed feel. Food couldn't be faulted and the massages were great. Komune has the best break right in front of the resort. The hotel is nice and new, always clean. Xlnt food and great service and staff. I could not fault it in any way. Highly recommend.

I liked the beach side bar and restaurant and lounge around area. Looking forward to the night surfing facilities opening up. Awesome design, amazing food. Incredibly friendly helpful staff world class wave. Doesn't get better. Superb hotel in a stunning location. There is nothing but for the beach, waves and the hotel. The food in the Pool Bar is very nice and the setting perfect. Service was friendly, efficient and very well trained. Liked the pool/bar area. Great beachfront location. The wave, thé good music, restaurant on thé sea ... I didn't like it at all, way too expensive for little service and in poor country where most prices are cheap and affordable- why ppl go to Bali There was no privacy in room unless fully close up window coverings which made room a dark cement box. - very claustrophobic Far to walk to beach and see or check surf and all neighbors can see into your room with ease if you open for air. Being on a surf break was a plus. Only that because it was quite remote, we didn't have easy access to the convenience stores or anything. The washing service was a little too pricey too. Food and drink prices VERY high compared to locally! Driver prices high compared to other areas. Huge spider in the toilet while half way through my buisness. Mabe a bit more to keep the creepy crawlies out of the rooms would be nice. Also a few mossies in the room at night. None. There is nowhere to Elmore outside of the resort, it is isolated It is relatively expensive compared to the rest of Bali, or Indonesia. The villas although very cooly decked out were susceptible to noise and the smell from local burn offs. the rooms are very open and there for very noisy. just a bit far, great for a couple of nights!!. Not enough light for reading in the bedroom. The noise level from other guests staying there. No fridge or kettle in room. Little roum, à lot of noise. during night time,there is smell smoke make us can't sleep. When I let the desk know we were dissatisfied and would be leaving, they have refused refund for days we did not stay. No windows, so it's very noisy in the evenings. Hard to sleep. Not child friendly. No fridge. Wife's watch was taken from the room. Saw 3 snakes in resort. Aircon in rooms is not cold enough.
