Very near to shopping places- Tanah Abang, Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia & many more. Easy to find halal food & reasonable price. warm welcome..and your catering service is good.good food. location and the receptions staff. location is good. Pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, close to the shopping malls. And also close to the local shopping as well.

The swimming pool at 5th level. nice place. Pool at 5th floor. Near to the Thamrin City and Tanah Abang shopping areas. N/A. Not many choice of breakfast. sometime cockroach and mosquitoes can be a nuisance. Hard to find the lobby to check in. finding for public transport is an issue. Water in floor in bathroom came from wall. The rooms are basic but comfy, however the walls are wafer thin, so you can hear next door and people in the hall way. Room is well lit, so don't expect a sleep in, not good curtains. Would not recommend a long stay at this hotel. the room did smell of cigarettes, and we asked for non smoking room. not enough weight machines in the Gym breakfast area very noisey. glass tables loud. Need to improve on cleanliness and breakfast. breakfast too simple and no quality for the rate we pay .. other 2 star or no star hotels have better breakfast spread. Dissappointed with the breakfast menu. Should be more variety on food, not only provide rice. You should provide cereal, buns, juice etc. The room also quite smelly..seems like someone has smoked in the hotel room..its a non smoking room but the smell was bad. there are no windows room. No Restaurant, No Snak Bar, No Business Center, No Vending Machine, No Internet Connection but it is possible to do Wifi Internet at Sky Sports Cafe(G floor). . The key card is only given to a room. If the card is taken out of the device, the electricity is switched off and the other partner will be sleeping without aircon. And I have to request the front desk staff to open the door if the card is still in place. This is troublesome. Sometimes, the front desk staff were asleep in the early morning hours. 2.Difficult to find: better ask for Thamrin Residence 3.Rooms without windows. - access to hotel location not very clear - breakfast too little choices. There is no window in the room and there are many mosquitos. It's too dirty to sleep.
