Stayed at Club Room and had full access to ambassador lounge which provide us free snacks and juice, cocktail in the afternoon, and c/in & c/out efficiently, private dining&lounge. Room were spacious enough, tub&shower separately makes me enjoy my bathtime. I love staying in the highest floor-makes it quiet. Food were alright-although more selection in each type will be advantage. I went there very casual shabby with worn out cardigans and flipflop sandals, and still the staffs gree.
όλα τα σχόλια » staff was extremely friendly and accomodating to our needs. breakfast was good and the server was very attentive to my husbands timing requirements. location is brilliant right in the middle of town. the rooms are very decent in size and tv channels kept away the boredom . the price was amazing for what we were given. Excellent staff always looking to help. Initially the hotel had no baby cot (very unusual) however after speaking to the duty manager she resolved the situation by sending a staff member to actually go and buy one. This is good customer service!. Premier room has access to ambassador club. There you can have a nice breakfast with only very few people around you. Private atmosphere. Wifi was excellent. Bath tub great. Good room design. Staff very friendly and professional. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Especially Mr Dedi Ardiansya, the front office manager. Good value for money. Room and facilties were still relatively new and in good condition. Breakfast was good, eggs, omlette, bakery, fruits, yoghurt, jams... Hotel is also very cleanand new, 15-20 min far from main shopping malls with taxi. amazing hotel clean and comfort rooms. the pool and spa are amazing. excellent staff and perfect location in the centre Jakarta. Jakarta City access. location. Located in a strategic area, this hotel offer an alternative compare to pricy hotel near it. Great staff, nice and comfy room. Location cleanliness. Great breakfast, confortable room. Good location. Food selection on breakfast as well as dining menu needs to improve its varieties. Spa. Had a couple massage but it felt like the staff were on their first day on the job. Laundry service too expensive. Spa was a bit expensive. On a rainy night, hotel staff could not find us a taxi and we had to wait like an hour, than we left the hotel in order to find one, but there was no pedestrian way to walk safely. there is so much security checking when entering the hotel can get very irritating. The restaurants has only few menu of Indonesian Cuisine .. The thickness or sound proof materials of wall and ceiling was not adequate as noise from the adjacent rooms and upper floor damaged the tranquility of the guest rooms/. Checkout took very long even when staying on 20th floor with fast checkout. Staff made a mistake, instead of making a reservation on my credit card they booked the whole amount. I paid cash when checking out and it took 8 working days to get the money back. I reached the hotel at 11 p.m. and yet I had to wait for 35 mins for the key card to be ready. I expected this to be done in maximum 10 mins especially for guests who had to take late flight. Got a knock on the door 3 times one morning just prior to 6am. Not sure what that was about!. The rooms are smaller and they could have spent more time cleaning the bathroom. Traffic jammed. fitness centre was not available yet during my stay. Brand new hotel. neat and clean. Swimming pool too small. No hot water at night fitness center not ready phone not working no mini bar no stand-by taxis. Shower without hot water, pillows too thick, position and traffic. The food is not good enough.
