We love the pool and the room !! We've been given the room in the 1st floor so our terrace is the pool. The room is very big for us, even the bath room is quite small but the shower with warm water was excellent!. I've stayed with harris hotel twice, probably I will stay for a third time. friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean, comfortable stay, reasonable price. I liked it all. I have stayed twice and will always stay when I go to Bogor to play golf. The perfect location to get to all the Bogor golf courses.

Its a garden city.Friendly staff,large rooms and comfortable. The weather is comfortable, the life music, swimming pool. Location of the hotel was good, far from Traffic roads. Location is good since it easy to get there, not so far from Jagorawi Toll road. Facility is also good since it has nice swimming pool, restaurant, exotic bar, free bike renting, free wifi and satelite tv, hot water shower, etc. nothing. In first couple hours the refrigerators is not working but it was managed when we called the technician to check. the air conditioning machine is making a lot of noise, wifi connection is less stable than the last time I stayed there. The road entrance to the Hotel is very poor and about the only bad thing I have to say about it all. If the hotel could fix this problem it would be great. Road to the hotel. a bit away from shopping centers. the street in front hotel is bad. The wifi connection is not as fast as the last time I stayed there. Breakfast is NOT include. Book again this week but still can't get room infromt of pool on the 1st floor. The hotel is away from the shopping areas and restaurants. The booking system did not include choice of bed, we want queen bed but ended up twin bed, and the reception staff could not handle guest's disappointment graciously. The food was bad? They do not know how to make a normal pizza? .... Rooms are not well insulated "you hear clearly the noise of the the children . Our room, with twin (spring) bed, both (one is worst) have its spring is already weaken. This make our sleep is not confortable at all. It is really a pity, at least for me, that the hotel has it's all facility but forget to maintain it's main facility for a hotel, the bed. I just feel that when I stay at a hotel, with a class like Harris Hotel, I shouldn't experience this problem. so expensive with that rates.
