1. Location!! 2. Friendly, helpful staff 3. Walking distance to good restaurants and great coffee spots. A bonus. 4. Fast free wifi 5. Double glazed windows that filtered out the noise. Excellent accomodations! Location of the hotel were just a walking distance to the famous Jl. Riau outlets. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean and the staff is very helpful. The hotel location is excellent as it located near the Jalan Riau shopping area.

The hotel location is in the best area of Bandung. Lots of food. The room is clean and have a good connection of wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is within walking distance of the Jln Riau shopping area. location. fashion stores and cafes are within walking distance. cheap. 1. Breakfast especially the undrinkable "orange juice". Yes I did expect breakfast to be simple with not many choices but it would have been good to have a choice of breads for example. 2. The strong stench of cockroaches in the bathroom. Worse in the morning. Didn't see any cockroach thank god. My children's bathroom didn't have the bad smell though. 3. The teeny weeny towel and no hairdryer. The room is small and there is no kettle provided in the room. No convenience store nearby. Hard to get food. Some smelly from toilet (sometimes)but clean. Dirty carpet in elevator. soap and shampoo in the bathroom is no good. One standard room size. Not so many choice for breakfast.. - Small room, but it was ok for us. - The table and shelf was a little dirty in our room. Dont like the swimming pool in the middle of the reception area and dont really thrill with the breakfast choices. Small rooms but that's expected for the price charged. very basic tiny room. the pool was too small, for children only. the sink was not in the bathroom. 1.less variety of food during breakfast 2.no facility like kettle, fridge and iron at room.
