Hotel was fabulous; staff make an effort to meet you and remember your name; fantastic pool and bar area; it is a place you want to spend time at - not just somewhere to sleep. The location is this hotel is best for traveller who wants to explore Kuta area. The hotel is just beside brand-new place, Beach walk shopping mall and easy to access to Jl.Poppis, Jl. Legian. Kuta beach is also very close. You can see sun-set at the pool. The pool is small but beautiful.

Unforgettable!! We had the most amazing room with sea views. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is perfectly located to discover the surrounding areas. We had breakfast in the hotel every morning and we were very impressed with the varietty on offer - from sushi to any kind of bread you can imagine! We will definitely stay at this hotel

Staff and service were excellent. Facilities top grade. Location is great with beach just across the road and lots of restaurants and mini markets along the side street of the hotel. Seafood BBQ buffet in Sembilan hotel retaurant was yummylicious. Main Kuta shopping strip is just 10-15 miutes away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The staff were very friendly & helpful, the design of the resort was lovely (I didn't expect the one bed villa would be so spacious or have its own pool), I liked the quiet location and the cost was not high. The problem was that I did not stay there for long enough!

amazing and beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, clean and reasonably
modern and the location is a short walk from cheap Kuta and classy
Seminyak, right across the street from a great surf beach. The happy
hour prices were really great and the food by the pools was delicious.

Great hotel, but everyone knows that! Location is excellent and facilities are first class. Rooms are all good, we probably had the most basic (garden view) but they were very new and clean. Good pools and one of the best stretches of beach right out front.

The breakfast and location is great. One of the nicest pools in the area, just at the beach. What we liked to is that the hotel is located where the road between the beach and the pool is blocked for motorbikes. This makes it a very quite place to relax.
