  The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets.   It is located in a big street, but pretty cozy and quiet inside, just a gate away. The service there is awesome, and everyone is well prepared to provide any kind of help you want. The villa is very beautiful, with flowers everywhere. Although there's a private beach only 5 min walking far away, the swimming pool is far more fantastic than it. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us in planning our excursions and leisure plans. The food at the hotel is very good and they serve it in your villa.   We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed the comfort of this modernized hotel . We were given a nicely decorated room facingbthe beach and a cake F.O.c .Staff were polite and helpfull.The beds were super comfortable. Overall thumbs up - Absoulutely beautiful rooms, felt like I was on a luxury ship (that seemed to be the going theme of the entire resort) the buffet breakfast was amazing, home made pancakes, freshly blended juices etc. The pool was gorgeous, overlooking the sea. The hotel is in the heart of Kuta too. I would stay here again when travelling to Bali. Highly recommended!

  Room was very spacious - we had 9 luggages and it fits all..We had the deluxe suite instead of the deluxe. At the check in, the front desk staff recommended us to upgrade because we have 2 young children and 9 luggages..she was right..it was worth the upgrade.
