Hotel is absolutely beautiful and all the staff were outstanding. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and the hotel couldn't do enough for us. It was the most romantic experience and we wished we could have stayed longer. Spa treatments were excellent, the food delicious and our delightful waitress, Rose made it very special. Altogether sheer perfection.

Exceptional staff and service. Very well trained and knowledgeable. Butler service was perfect. The view from our room was great as well. We could see the Taj Lake Palace, the City Palace and the Jag Mandir straight ahead. I highly recommend this hotel and would go back to Udaipur just to stay there. -

Truely an amazing place the Staff are what makes this place exceptional. Best service I have ever experienced. Great atmosphere. I visited the Taj and leela for dinner but i still prefer Udaivilas they are just on another level. The view the staff the ambience the atmosphere is just incredible. This is an excellent hotel in a very touristy city. -
All five star hotel staffs are trained to be friendly and nice. Trident udaipur was set apart as they genuinely wanted to make guest's stay customised and cared after.
the attention they give is not formal but the staff actually cares to give solutions to your every problem.

I suppose this hotel was renovated from a heritage architecture,with very unique style of decoration.The room was very clean.Hot water, WiFi, restaurant are all available at the hotel. Staffs of the hotel are really helpful.Since I arrived in Udaipur very early in the morning and nowhere to go,the owner was very kind to let check in,even it was only around 6 in the morning. This is a great guesthouse with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and large with comfy beds and a good bathroom. Hot water is good but takes a while to come through. Internet was fast and reliable, a first in India! Breakfasts are great too, the mango smoothies are delicious! -

The staff was very helpful and always available. Great service. And very trustworthy, which is priceless in this city where everyone has a hustle. I left my cell phone charger in the room after checking out and they gave it to me when I came back to pick up my bags.
The restaurant is expensive, but worth the amazing view.They left the lights on for us and we were able to talk by the seaside all night with our tea.
We have been all over India, and we highly recommend Jagat Niwas Palace.
