All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Staff - in every function - is extremely polite and helpfull.
The Italian restaurant - within the Hotel - is SUPERB and so is its staff -

Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. Business room was a good size (HUGE bed!) and with fridge & safe in the room.
Breakfast was a good mix of Western & local dishes. Freshly made omelettes were delicious.
Staff friendly, efficient & helpful.
Security on the door was a positive.
Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from Khan Market in central New Delhi, which is really good. It also serves as a good starting point for going (by car) to other parts of New Delhi.

My wife and I were overwhelmed by our stay at New Dehli Radisson Blu.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Complementary airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, Breakfast and even Bottled Water which is a rarity amongst 5* hotels in New Delhi. Thai restaurant is simply superb – probably the best Thai food I have had. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor pool area is very relaxing. A couple of nice bar/lounge areas. Really can’t fault this hotel, will definitely return.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Large, comfortable room. We had access to the Executive Club which offered good food throughout the day, and a bar service in the evening.
