nice location. 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to connaught place; local market just round the corner, several restaurants nearby; very safe place. Nice food at the hotel restaurant and clean kitchen. On our last night, and because we were going to leave at 5 am or so, we were offered some fruits and chocolate by the managers. Very friendly and nice people! would stay here for sure!. The location of the hotel is very near to the New Delhi train station. Hotel staff was nice and front office manager was given services very good. The service is 24 hours, and it is possible to order food at any time. Room was very clean and comfortable hot water all the time and an excellent room service.....

The staff surprised me with kindness, honesty and willingness to help. The booking manager Prakash showed me the best of incredible India. Thank you!. Compared to other accommodation options we tried in Delhi, this one was just great! Fairly clean, close to Connaught Place, easily reachable from New and Old Delhi, with polite personnel speaking fluent English. Definitely high value for money, much better than other hotels in Delhi with 2x price!. Staff do not speak good english but the receptionist will help you with every problem you may have. There was not even ray of light (we stayed in ground floor), and the air was very dry. This part was very depressing. Strange odor as well. You should be ready for busy street and lost of dust. poor part of delhi. No window in the room, noise from the street even without window in the room!. As a european woman and an indian man, friends and businesspartners, were not treated with respect from some of the staff. Even though Everything else were good or at least fair... We will not stay there again. Reception staffs are not friendly & look not trained well how to welcome the guests. room services is very poor . poor hotel facilities with worse location in the city .In my opinion does not deserve to be rated three stars hotel . noisy, dirty, no window. there was no Toiletries in bathrooms. they have not given water also on arrival.
