I liked the staff as very helpful . they provided me with an early checkin . Good location . There wasa wedding most night which I loved as fun to watch all the festivities and gorgeous clothes they all wore. -

The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I
left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba
etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on
arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

It is an excellent hotel. It has a nice garden with waterfalls so you
do not hear the noice of the city. That's been done very nicely.
Rooms are nice, tv signal was a bit weak but most channels are fine.
It's a business hotel. That means it's efficient and expensive.

We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -

Very conveniently located for the airports (international and domestic)
As luxurious as you would expect from the Hilton brand, although I was pleasantly surprised by how comparatively cheap things like drinks were, compared to other hotels I stayed at in India.

Exccellent quality hotel, stayed in a deluxe (superior) room, all brand new and good facilities (gym, roof pool) and especially the restaurant was great with fine decor and friendly serviceminded staff. The hotel is close to good shopping options, but is a bit distant if you want to be closer to the old city, gateway of India and other attactions.

Concierge staff were very helpful in getting me Tuk Tuk or taxi in
reasonable price and negotiating with those drivers in Hindi. The
location is perfect if you attend a conference at the Renaissance

Upon arrival at the hotel to attend a conference, I was upgraded to a luxury suite which was awesome! Great view. My luggage arrived a day behind my arrival and when it did arrive, the handle was not working. The staff at the Taj Lands End were incredibly helpful to ease my stress and offered to have the baggage fixed the same day. I never considered staying at the Taj until now; 100% perfection.

The Westin Mumbai is really excellent. Since the moment you arrive they have a smile and let you feel like in home. The room was excellent, very confortable, clean, huge, nice bathtube, high speed internet. The matress very confortable, very good pillows, ambient scent very fresh. For breakfast it is incredible. Just to be short, I got much more than I expected from this hotel. I used an apartment and I got impressed with the huge space, the quality finishing and especially the excellent service. After the experience with this hotel I decided to go for the Westin Hotel in Bangkok.

I called earlier for request to early check-in but your staff clearly told that not possible and when I go by letsbookhotel.com fortunately I got early check in. I think your staff attending the business call are not properly polished. -
