Everything, absolutely fabulous place to stay, great food served, excellent staff who were always willing to help. Rooms very well maintained and clean. If you want to stay near the hustle and bustle of the city shopping areas and also have the comfort of Marine Drive Hotels, this Best Western Hotel Sahil is ideal!. very friendly staff which didn't charge for keeping my luggage even though it said on the receipt I got for my bags that it would cost a bit of money to keep longer than 24hrs. very friendly - room service and laundry was also very friendly and speedy.
όλα τα σχόλια » Rooms were of decent size but had some great amenities. Bed was comfortable. Location is just perfect. We were able to find taxi easily in front of the hotel. Recently, renovations were done and some are being done. Cooperative Staff. Very good location. Very Good comfort. House keeping is very good. Small but very nice restaurant with affordable price. the hotel was very modern and clean and looked western enough. It didn't feel like it was in the middle of mumbai. Rooms were very clean..............location is good in the center of mumbai..... I felt safe in this neighbourhood , plenty of sightseeing nearby . Free Wifi not work, the reception say it just happen on 4th floor, but it never fix at least two days during my stay. Location is nice. too cold airconditioning in the breakfast room. I did not like that they asked us to wait for check-in. We already arrived at hotel at 2 Pm and their check-in time is 12 Noon. They managed to provide us room at 2:30 Pm. There were some door banging noise at midnight but this was not that loud and can be neglected. Breakfast require to improve. the outside of the building. Nothing to dislike about Mumbai . The hotel was undergoing renovations thus could not enjoy number of facilities. Rate is high almost 7000 compare to other cities. They are in the process of revamping the hotel so was very noisy during the night. Breakfast. The breakfast. Big problem the price that was quoted on letsbookhotel.com which the hotel refused to honor. They claimed it was an error on letsbookhotel.com's part yet could never produce their conformation email detailing the rate. Also, much noise all around the room I stayed in on the 7th floor. Tried to charge for meals I did not have.internet very poor. The WiFi did not work at the hotel. Too much noise because of some renovation work. Buffet break fast, lack of knowledge of staff. I stayed three times in this hotel within two months..I could not use wifi this hotel ..wifi is only showing hotel's feature. We cannot use. First time I got bad experience from best western hotel in Mumbai in my travel history that , Lack of cleanliness room. Unfortunately I could see dirty in closet . A lot hairs and stains on bed .and I got bad pillow cover on table which have someone used last night.
