Friendly staff, excellent location, clean facilities, super welcome and quick service. Had to order medicines for my son at 2 in the morning and the ever helpful staff picked it up from the chemist and delivered it to my room. Restaurant staff remembered exactly what we ordered the day before and always asked if we wish to order the same thing, an

I love the management and staff at the Taj Mahal, New Deli. They made my
stay feel great. Special thanks to Raveen, Pankaj Balachandran and the
rest of the staff at Ricks. The staff at the Indian Restaurant, Japanese
restaurant, my ladies at reception, concierge etc. Thank you all...

All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Very good valie for money. -

been approx 19000 rp for two nights and was charged approx 21000rp. The
staff checked and said it was to do with Luxury Tax. My booking did
include 18.5% tax. Reply please Not happy !!

I love these staff's smile, This is a high quality, luxurious
Hotel.My departure flight was quity late until am1:00,i disappoint they
agreed late check-out until PM4:00.But it's accepable..we love the

when i checked in the hotel i had to ask for complimentary bottle of water from reception .But any thing apart that wonderful loved there spa. Gym had some less equipment but was ok for a decent work out . yes any one must try there rooftop i had the best indian food ever ever in my life . -
