Our stay at the Ascot Hotel was wonderful although we only stayed for a day but the staff made it as comfortable as it could be. The breakfast was basic and tasty. The room was very clean. The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. Internet was a cost but reasonably (100Rs an hour) and the room has satellite tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. (They also knew to give us Westnerners toile
